Once a Planet Card has been ordered through the internet you should receive it within 10 working days. If you do not receive it by mail at the address you have given then please contact us by email info@planetcard.co.nz or by phone 027 7752638 and we will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you.
If your Card is received in a damaged condition then please return it to us and we will send a replacement within 10 working days of receiving the damaged card. Damaged cards should be sent to Planet Card Ltd, P O Box 301900, Albany, Auckland 0752.
