Planet Card is committed to keeping your client details safe and confidential.
Our terms and conditions allow for the use of your details to be advised to third parties and this is primarily for the use of any potential sale of the business or where a third party such as our web designer is upgrading our website. In accessing details our third parties sign a confidentiality agreement with us to confirm that your details will not be used for their own commercial use or any other kind of use.
Planet Card Ltd does not hold any of your Credit Card details on our website or on file. Where your Credit Card has been used to purchase a Membership Card these details are immediately deleted from our records and cannot be viewed by our staff.

Businesses may request access to and correction of business name, address and/or contact details or any other information held by Planet Card in relation to their business (to be read in conjuntion with Terms and Conditions).
